This policy explains how we ship your orders, what it costs, and how long delivery typically takes.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to serviceable pincodes within India only. We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 or more.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies to orders below ₹999.

Order processing & delivery time

Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once shipped, delivery usually takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by courier delays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

Payment on delivery

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payment via Razorpay. Your available payment options are shown at checkout.

Tracking your order

You can check the status of your order anytime from My Orders in your account.

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives broken or damaged, we offer a free replacement, subject to the conditions and time window in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy. We do not offer returns or refunds for any other reason.
