These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vishal Trading Company website and your purchase of products through it (the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Services. If you are under 18, please do not register an account or place orders on this website.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate, current information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Products, pricing & availability

We try to keep product information, images, and prices accurate, but errors can happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit, cancel, or refuse any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers, distributors, or in unusually large quantities. Products shown as “Out of Stock” cannot be added to cart or ordered until restocked.

4. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy a product, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details on our own servers. An order is confirmed only once payment is successfully processed (or, for Cash on Delivery where offered, once the order is placed).

5. Shipping & delivery

Delivery timelines and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to location, courier delays, or circumstances outside our control.

6. Replacement, returns & refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds. We only offer a free replacement for products that arrive broken or damaged, subject to the conditions and time window set out in our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and product images — is owned by or licensed to Vishal Trading Company and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content without our prior written consent.

8. Prohibited use

  • Do not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Do not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
  • Do not post or transmit anything fraudulent, misleading, or infringing on others' rights.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vishal Trading Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
